Volunteer Spirit Award

The Volunteer Spirit Award recognizes individuals or groups who voluntarily perform beyond the normal job expectations. They are motivated simply by the accomplishment of the task. One award will be given each year during the spring semester.
Eligibility
All regular, full, and part-time UT staff and faculty are eligible. The nominee may be exempt or non-exempt. Any staff member, faculty, student, or friend of the university may submit nominations.
Selection Criteria
Recipients of this award exemplify the Volunteer Spirit of service and derive satisfaction simply from the accomplishment of good deeds. Consideration is given to those whose contributions directly benefit the university community.
