Terminating Employees
Regular employees who are terminating or retiring from the university are required to complete an Authorization for Release of Final Paycheck form (PDF) in order to:
- return university property
- clear all debts owed to the university
- arrange for the release of the final paycheck or direct deposit slip
The check-out process includes graduate assistants and employees who are retiring from the university. Terminating or retiring employees may request an exit interview.
