Believe it or not, it’s time for staff performance reviews! If you’re a supervisor, review the past year’s notes and accomplishments, prepare relevant documents, and schedule time with your staff to discuss calendar year 2017. Staff members, complete a self-evaluation in which you take stock of your goals and accomplishments for 2017, and think about areas you may wish to discuss in person during your performance review. Performance review conversations are two-way streets in which supervisors and employees should both have input and an honest dialogue. Don’t forget to set goals together for 2018!
All staff performance evaluations are due by March 30, 2018. Please submit either a hard copy to Human Resources, 105 Student Services Building or an electronic copy to email@example.com. Please do not send both. Electronic copies should be individually titled with the employee name and ID number. To prevent processing delays, please make sure all information within the form has been completed.
