New Leader Coaching is a thought-provoking and creative partnership between an HR Professional and leader to provide structure and support for growth, development, and success as new leader’s transition to new roles.
Coaching and Client Roles
Coaching is about change. The client’s role is to create the time and energy to participate fully in the process, which includes making time for coaching session, engaging in self-reflection and accountability for attending sessions, and completion follow-up reflection, exploration, and actions.
The Coach’s role is to listen, challenge, and support you to gain perspective, clarity and develop strategies for overcoming barriers, navigating change, engaging others, and increasing your impact as a leader.

New Leader Coaching is a confidential partnership between coach and leader based on mutual trust, honesty, and commitment. Our sessions are 100% confidential and offered at no cost. Sessions are typically 30-60 minutes and are available for in-person or virtual (Zoom).
