Will Ploskonka is the Learning and Organizational Development Manager for the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. Will joined the Big Orange family in February 2019. Will has over 30 years of experience in strategically hiring, developing and retaining leaders and staff. The focus of Will’s time in Organizational Development has been on leadership development, employee engagement, and content presentation / facilitation. Will is a Certified Organization Development Professional (Institute for Organization Development) and an awarded facilitator. Will holds a Bachelor’s Degree from Central Michigan University and is currently pursuing a Master’s Degree from UT. Will is highly motivated and driven to impact formal and informal leaders at all levels within organizational structures.

 

Jeannie Jones Tennant

Jeannie Jones Tennant is a Learning and Organizational Development Consultant for the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. Jeannie joined the Big Orange family in February 2019. Jeannie works with leaders and staff to help them develop and grow professionally. Trained as an educator and coach, Jeannie has a diverse 13 year background in public education, healthcare, and higher education focused on leadership and staff development, development coaching, and content facilitation. Jeannie is a certified Cognitive Coach and an awarded facilitator. Jeannie holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Multidisciplinary Studies and Human Learning from Tennessee Technological University and is currently pursuing a Master’s Degree in Leadership and Management.

 

Audrey Adams

Training Coordinator

Audrey Adams is a Training Coordinator for the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. Audrey provides differentiated learning opportunities to faculty and staff to advance their professional growth.  In addition to training, Audrey provides policy guidance and clarification to UT Knoxville Program Directors on matters related to background checks and training requirements for Programs for Minors. Audrey serves as a Learning Management System Administrator for the UT Knoxville campus. Audrey supports life-long learning by ensuring employees have the information, resources and support needed to have a positive learning experience. Audrey joined the Big Orange family in May 2017. Audrey is a Certified Administrative Professional, Qualified Administrator of the Intercultural Development Inventory, and is a Certified Gallup Strengths Coach. Audrey holds a Master’s of Science in Management and Human Resource Management and a Bachelor’s of Science in Management and Human Resources from The University of Tennessee. Audrey enjoys fostering a culture of learning, providing support and making a positive impact on others.
