Brooke Swart (she/her) joined UT System Human Resources in 2016 as an associate executive recruiter. She moved to UT Knoxville Human Resources in 2018 and serves as a senior executive recruiter. In this role, Brooke is responsible for leading and providing full-service and tailored leadership search services and support to campus partners. Brooke earned her bachelor’s degree and master’s degree from UT Knoxville and holds her PHR certification.

Tennion Reed, M.S. joined UT Knoxville Human Resources in 2022 from private industry and serves as assistant executive recruiter. In this role, Tennion is responsible for sourcing potential candidates for leadership roles and managing full-service and tailored leadership search services to our campus partners. Tennion earned her bachelor’s and master’s degree from UT Knoxville and holds certifications from the National Society for Leadership and Success in Foundations of Leadership & Orientation and Leadership Training.
