Dual Career Program

The Dual Career Program (DCP) supports partners of newly hired University of Tennessee, Knoxville employees by providing tools, resources, and guidance for finding employment in the Knoxville area. The program helps connect participants with potential employment opportunities and assists them as they navigate the local job market.

We recognize that career decisions are made within the context of personal and family needs. The DCP reflects the University’s commitment to recruiting and retaining a highly qualified workforce.


Eligibility for the Dual Career Program:

Partners of full-time UT employees who relocate to the Knoxville area are eligible for Dual Career Program services for up to two years following their hire date, regardless of when their relocation occurs.

    • Networking events
    • Career Fairs
    • Professional development opportunities
  • Personalized sourcing for career opportunities within UT, Knoxville
  • Additional resources can be discussed with recruiter during consultation
