Introducing a new online Family Medical Leave (FML) & Paid Parental Leave (PPL) request process! Now when employees request FML/PPL, an online form captures all the employee information and automatically routes to HR while simultaneously notifying their supervisor of the request for their acknowledgment.
Major advantages to this improvement:
- Employees only fill out 1 form instead of 2 when requesting PPL.
- Allows for easy electronic notification to the supervisor of the request.
- Improves the request and communication process for employees and clarifies employee’s responsibilities.
- Streamlines the information HR receives to allow for accurate processing and a better employee experience.
The form is smartphone and tablet compatible. In addition, HR has computers in our office lobby where employees may receive assistance to submit an FML request.
