Annual performance reviews for staff for the 2023 review cycle are now available in the Online Performance Review (OPR) system and due March 31, 2024. Simply log in at opr.utk.edu and select “2023 Annual Performance Review” to begin. OPR streamlines the staff annual review process and makes it easier to manage no matter where we are working!
To register for learning opportunities related to staff reviews, visit https://kate.tennessee.edu/ and select UT Faculty and Staff. Then select My UTK@TE Learning; from the home screen type the session title or “staff reviews” into the search bar.
