STRIDE for Staff Course

STRIDE (Strategies and Tactics for Recruiting to Improve Diversity and Excellence) for Staff is a program designed to prepare UT staff to serve on a search committee.  STRIDE for Staff is modeled after STRIDE for Faculty which was created to revitalize efforts to hire and retain a diverse faculty.

The STRIDE for Staff sessions are coordinated by Learning and Organizational Development (LOD).
