Resources for Employees

Telecommuting (also called remote work) can be very effective in terms of efficiency, employee engagement, and resource utilization. It is similar, yet also quite different, from working in a traditional office setting, so it is critical to prepare carefully for mutual success of the employee and department. We have collected a number of helpful resources here to help support the employee journey to a positive remote work experience. In addition, Human Resources is available to provide support to those working remotely.
